Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any quotation we provide is based on the information you give us and on what we can assess before starting work. Where the actual scope, site conditions or materials differ from what was described, the quotation may need to be revised, and we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.
Carrying out work
Work is carried out on the basis agreed in the accepted quotation. Access to the property, and any approvals required from a building management or relevant authority, are the responsibility of the customer unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are as stated in the quotation or invoice issued for the work.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
